Results for June 1st

A perfect day for golf on a beautifully prepared golf course tempted 25 starters today.

We have finally begun to play well and our scores reflected that.

A clear winner on 25 points was Glasgow University's finest, John Cairns.

Second was George Tucker, one of the oldest TAMS, who celebrated his birthday with 20 points.

Backed up behind our winners were many player on 19, 18 and 17.

Ken Davey continued his return with his customary birdie on the 9th and Brian Robson was nearest on the 7th and he converted his tee shot for a birdie.

Jim Pettigrew has been seen in the clubhouse and we hope to see him back with us when he is able.
