Oh, the dark mornings!

At 8am on Thursday it was still dark, delaying the early starters.

The vagaries of the putting surfaces were blamed for some poor scoring but did not stop Ken Davey and Brian Robson scoring 21 points each, Ken winning on countback.

Brian birdied the 1st and the 9th while Jim McAuslin was nearest a tricky pin position at the 7th.

With the clocks going back this weekend, normal service will resume for the early starters next week.
