At the Annual General Meeting of the Club, to be held on Tuesday 13th February 2018, the following positions on the Club Committee require to be confirmed by the meeting under the terms of the Articles of Association:
BY ROTATION:
Election of two General Committee Members (Three year term)
TO FILL VACANCIES
Election of two General Committee Members (Three year term)
In line with the Articles of Association of the Club, the Committee is required to post, prior to the 31st December 2017, the names of those members whom it recommends to fill any of the above vacancies on Committee.
The Committee recommend that the following nominations be accepted.
- General Committee - David Tait
- General Committee - Donald Alexander
- General Committee - James McQuaker
Any two Ordinary Members of the Club may nominate a member or members to fill any of the above places having previously obtained the consent in writing of such member or members. Notice of such nomination (together with the written consent of the nominee or nominees) shall be submitted to the office not later than the 19th January 2018.
